David’s career encompasses senior leadership roles shaping investment direction, portfolio strategy, and valuation at industry leaders, including BentallGreenOak (BGO), Sun Life Investment Management, and Pembroke Real Estate Fidelity Investment’s private real estate division. Across these roles, he delivered thoughtful investment insight and risk-managed growth on assets spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. An active contributor to the real estate community, David regularly lectures on market trends, mentors future leaders, and serves on prestigious advisory boards, embodying a commitment to thoughtful stewardship and innovative investment thinking. David’s approach is rooted in deep research and elevated by a global perspective, ensuring clients not only access prime real estate but also invest with confidence.

 

David is a CFA® charterholder and a member of The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE®), where he has held numerous global and local senior leadership roles, including board member and former Chair of the New England Chapter. He is also a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent, and an associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). David holds a BA in Environmental Geography from Middlebury College and an MA in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida.

 

Resident of Boston from 1987 to 1995. Former member of the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay (NABB). Lincoln Resident since 1995. Former Chair of the Lincoln Board of Assessors, former Board member of the Rural Land Foundation (RLF) and Lincoln Land Conservation Trust (LLCT), former member of the Lincoln CPA and Senior Housing Advisory Committees, former coach of Lincoln Little League, and active volunteer for the Lincoln-Weston Food Pantry.
